1.Sample Charge
FREE mechanical lock and hardware sample can be provided based on small products. For some custom items and smart lock sample, we may charge some sample costs,and all the sample costs can be refunded back when you place the order in the future.
2.Payment
We accept T/T(30% deposit and 70% balance against B/L copy), western union,online paypal, moneygram, transfer etc. for the payment. contact us freely if any doubt with payment.
3.Shipping
1. We recommend door to door air shipping for small package. it takes 3-7 days from our factory to your appointed place.
2. Sea shipping are recommended if time is not urgent and with large bulk cargo. it takes 7-35 days shipping time from Zhongshang,Guangzhou or Shenzhen port to your destination port.
3. We can arrange air shipping if you are requesting for it.DDP shipment quotation for some country.
4.After-sale Service Warranty
We guarantee our quality on all of our items. item can be replaced if any quality problems.

Answer:We accept the following payment methods: T/T, L/C,Western union, cash and so on.Usually 30% T/T in advance, and balance before shipping.
